The Governors Standard also referred to as the Governor’s Personal Standard or Governor’s Personal Flag is a blue ensign with Union Jack in the Canton along the hoist on a blue field with the St Edwards Crown atop the State badge of Western Australia showing the Black Swan (Cygnus atratus) facing the hoist, in a circular yellow disc.
