Folding a Flag for Breaking
Australia’s national symbols which include the Australian National Flag (ANF) represent what is unique about the nation, reflecting various aspects of our cultural life and history.
When a flag is raised or lowered make sure that is does not touch the ground upon raising or removing from the flagpole and ensure flag is dry to be stored.
Present the ANF vertically and follow directions as per images or alternately roll the flag evenly to result in a circumference of up to four inches (102mm) and store in a flag locker.
